No materials are incinerated or disposed of in an environmentally harmful manner. Upon request, clients may receive a Certificate of Responsible Recycling to support compliance, audit, and sustainability reporting.

Utilizing company-owned vehicles, vetted logistics partners, and multi-modal transport options (truck, air, rail, and ocean), we optimize routing to reduce risk and environmental impact. Assets can be collected by pallet, loose within facilities, full containers, LTL freight, or individual boxed shipments, with full chain-of-custody controls. 

 R4 provides end-to-end rotisserie site decommissioning services for offices, data centers, and enterprise facilities. Our experienced teams manage the secure removal, segregation, and disposition of assets in accordance with R2v3 environmental, health, and safety principles. Each project is executed with documented procedures, ensuring predictable outcomes, regulatory alignment, and minimal operational disruption. 

 We offer certified product destruction services designed to meet regulatory, brand protection, and ESG requirements. R4 can securely destroy a wide range of assets and accommodate projects of all sizes and complexity. Clients receive verifiable proof of destruction, including certified documentation to support audits, compliance, and internal controls. 

R4’s ITAD services support the full asset lifecycle, including remote employee asset collection for laptops, mobile devices, and PCs. Our program prioritizes secure data handling, reuse and value recovery, and rapid inventory processing. Where viable, assets are remarketed to maximize financial return while supporting circular economy objectives and Scope 3 sustainability initiatives. 

R4 delivers comprehensive data destruction services aligned with NIST, NAID, and applicable DoD standards. We securely shred, crush, or sanitize data-bearing devices using documented, auditable processes. Certified data destruction reporting is provided for every project, supporting information security governance and regulatory compliance. 

 R4 supports circular economy outcomes through responsible parts and commodity harvesting. This includes the controlled depopulation of electronics to recover reusable components and recyclable materials such as SSDs, hard drives, circuit boards, precious metals, chips, and power supplies—reducing waste and extending material life cycles.
